Go Foothill Falcons!

I spent my Valentines Day doing something completely new and different for me-- photographing the Freshmen and JV Girls Basketball Teams at Foothill High School! Wow! What a thrilling experience! I was amazed at the toughness these athletes bring to the court. To capture the fast-paced action, I had to use a completely different skill set, and the change-up was really fun for me!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing baby Darian-- the first child of my friends Nick and Phuong. Darian is the kind of baby that makes you want to have babies! She is so good, so fun and so darn cute! And she is being featured in a promotion for Childrens' Hospital, using a photo from our session. the Garcias were in town

Here is a post for the locals-- the popular and much-missed Garcia family was up from the Southern California digs they moved to a couple of years ago. I just can't get over how much the kids-- Anthony and Maddie-- have changed. Being a parent, I am well aware of how quickly kids grow, but when I looked through the camera, I had to catch my breath.
